As you know when I started my WP PLR blogs site, I had a goal of setting up at least 20 PLR sites during my own 30 day product creation challenge.
I don’t focus completely on this project as I am busy working on other things as well, such as my email list. However, I set up this goal because I wanted to accomplish this before I go back to school next month. Right now the site has 11 blogs on it.
So I believe that I will be able to reach the goal of setting up 20 turnkey sites on it.
Niche Sites That Have Been Set Up During The 30 Day Product Creation Challenge
I have several types of niche sites set up right now, here are just a few of the niches:
- Facebook Marketing
- Twitter Traffic
- Six Pack Abs
As a matter of fact one of the pregnancy sites that I have on the WP PLR site, I sold last night on Flippa. However, the one that I sold on Flippa does not have all the plugins that I offer on the niche site blog.
Take a look at the pregnancy turnkey site that I sold last night on Flippa.
The site only had one bid, but sold for $49. Now you may not think that is a lot of money and the truth is that it isn’t.
However, I not only sell my sites, but I am collecting emails at the end of the auction to help me grow my email list.
So not only am I selling this site on Flippa, but I am also adding the site to my WP PLR niche site blog. Plus this is the second time that I have sold this site, of course the first time it had a different domain on it.
I also am taking those emails from people that I sell to on Flippa and collecting them and adding them to my email list. This means that I will be able to market affiliate products and my own products to the people.
I have a squeeze page that I use specifically on Flippa. With this squeeze page, I collect the necessary information that I need to begin the transfer of the site.
I also offer them some other products that they may be interested in with the purchase of their new site. As well as hosting, I have made a few Hostgator affiliate commissions from doing this.
At the end I collect their email address and begin building a relationship with them. As the relationship continues to grow, I will be able to market products and other affiliate products to them.
So basically, I guess you can say that I am using the Flippa platform to help me build my email list. I guess it is no different than using Facebook ads or Google adwords.
In the past I did not realize that internet marketing is all about relationship building. However, as I venture further into building an actual business I realize that is all it is about.
Today, my plan is to work on my 30 day product creation challenge by setting up some more turnkey niche sites on my site.
I also want to work on my email follow ups for some of my lists. I have to admit when it comes to email marketing, it is still a work in progress.
However, I am involved with an email marketing program that I got involved with about two months ago, when I started working on building my email lists.
I know that as I continue to implement what is taught in the coaching program, I will eventually get a grip on building better relationships online using email marketing.
Time To Share
Now that I shared with you how I am doing on my 30 day product creation challenge as well as using Flippa to build an email list.
I would like to know, how do you do your email lists? Do you build a series of follow up emails for the people who sign up? Or do you just send broadcasts to your list during the week?
